National NetComply Users Conference
As you may have heard, Safe Systems is hosting its first ever National NetComply Users Conference next March 22nd-24th! We are excited to be holding this educational and strategic conference at Callaway Gardens located near Pine Mountain, Georgia. The two-day conference will feature guest speakers such as Joe Brannen, President of the Georgia Bankers Association, and Danny Johnston, Group President of Gladiator Technology, a solution provided by Jack Henry & Associates’ ProfitStars division; The conference will also consist of general sessions, small user group/feedback sessions, as well as technical, compliance, and business-focused learning tracks, featuring Subject Matter Experts from Safe Systems. The conference will also be an excellent opportunity to interact with Safe Systems employees as well as other financial institutions! New Employees
As we announced last month, Safe Systems has acquired the network services division of Total Data Services, Inc. As part of the acquisition, Safe Systems brought in three Total Data employees. We are proud to welcome Mark Tallant, Jeff Smith, and Kenneth Pittman. Mark Tallant, Managed Services Analyst, and Jeff Smith, Managed Services Engineer, have joined our Managed Services Department, where they work on NetComply related support issues and contract setups. Kenneth Pittman, Senior Technical Consultant, has joined our Research Department, where he assists in the development of new products. We are very excited that all three have joined the Safe Systems team to offer our clients even more financial institution expertise.

Our new Pandemic Remote Control service is designed to assist financial institutions in preparing for pandemics by providing remote users a static updated portal to connect to their designated PC with sufficient speed to perform their assigned job functions. The Pandemic Remote Control Service will only be enabled after Safe Systems has been notified that the institution has implemented their Pandemic Plan and will have users working from home.
