Network Streaming
In our continuing effort to improve customer service, Safe Systems, Inc. has begun to offer a new, easier method for remote control of our customers’ PCs. In many situations the customers can open a connection by simply going to the website their support representative directs them. We expect this new product to make everyone’s life a little easier while also cutting down on the time spent by the administrator opening the remote access to the bank for the support engineer. While network streaming does not totally eliminate the need for our previous access methods, this new ability will hopefully make a more pleasant and efficient support experience for everyone.

Training Package
Interested in attending (or sending some of your employees) to several Safe Systems training classes and webcasts? Then the new Training Package may be perfect for your institution! The training package combines four Safe Systems training classes and twelve consecutive Safe Systems webcasts all for the low price of $4000, resulting in a savings of $400 compared to buying the classes and webcasts separately. If you’re interested in the training package or have any questions please contact Steve Koehlke at 770-752-0550 or steve@safesystems.com.
