Network Engineer Scheduling

Support Center Growth– In an effort to address a rise in our client support needs, we have increased the number of Support Engineers allocated to the Support Center on a daily basis. This additional personnel coverage is decreasing voicemail volume and providing our Support clients with an Engineer on hand more frequently when they call into the Support Center. You should also see a decrease in the length of time that it takes to return phone calls from voicemail messages left. We are excited about these changes and look forward to any feedback that you can give us in this area in the coming months.

Enhanced Focus on Security–  In an effort to increase the level of security on your networks, Safe Systems has introduced a proactive, results-based service that helps prepare your network infrastructure for upcoming Vulnerability Assessments and IT audits. The service includes a complete internal network evaluation of your infrastructure processes to ensure the incorporation of network security at all levels. Safe Systems has appointed Brian Dejno, CISSP, to manage this service and ensure the security of your network.

Safe Systems, Inc. To Deliver DEPCON and Director Training to Fiserv Atlanta Banks Throughout the Southeast– Fiserv Atlanta has contracted with Safe Systems, Inc. to provide product training to its client financial institutions on DEPCON, Fiserv’s report management product and on Fiserv ITI Director, its document imaging product. Safe Systems, Inc. will provide a multi-day, on-site training class to various financial institution personnel on the proper use, functionality, procedures and troubleshooting techniques for DEPCON and Director, effective October 2005.
