The world needs more courageous leaders. That’s the premise of our keynote speaker, Bill Treasurer.
Bill is the founder of Giant Leap Consulting, a courage-building company, and the author of numerous books including Courage Goes to Work, Leaders Open Doors, and The Courageous Leadership Facilitator Guide, an off-the-shelf training program that has been taught to thousands of executives in ten countries on five continents. His newest book, A Leadership Kick in the Ass, focuses on the importance of leadership humility.
Notably, Bill donates 100% of the royalties he receives from the book to programs that support children with special needs.
Prior to Giant Leap Consulting, Bill served in the change management practice of Accenture, one of the world’s leading management consulting firms. Bill became Accenture’s first full-time internal executive coach. For over two decades, he has designed and delivered leadership and succession programs for emerging and experienced leaders from such organizations as NASA, Saks Fifth Avenue, Lenovo, eBay, UBS Bank, Spanx, the Pittsburgh Pirates, and U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
We are pleased to welcome Bill to NetConnect 2018, where he will discuss practical strategies for building courageous workers that seek out leadership opportunities, step up to challenges, offer innovative ideas, passionately embrace change, and are more productive.
