Safe Systems iPod Sweepstakes

The Safe Systems iPod Sweepstakes (hereafter referred to as "The Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Safe Systems, Inc., 11395 Old Roswell Road, Alpharetta, Georgia, 30009. The Sweepstakes is governed by these official rules. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to the official rules listed below. The giveaway is subject to all laws outlined on the consumer.georgia.gov website.

Eligibility
The giveaway is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Entrant's account must be in good standing with Safe Systems, Inc. to receive a prize.

Entry
The giveaway begins January 1, 2009 and ends once the number of registrations, for each course, is received. Manual Entries: Entrants must provide their name, address, phone number, company, and email address on a three by five (3 X 5) index card and mail it to: Marketing, 11395 Old Roswell Road, Alpharetta, Georgia 30009. Only one mailed entry per person per day. Safe Systems, Inc. is not responsible for cards lost or damaged in the mail. Anyone that registers for any session of Information Security for Network Administrators, Information Security for ISOS, and/or Risk & Security courses during the giveaway tim period will automatically be registered to win. The odds of winning per each course is:

• 1 GB iPod Shuffle: 1 in 10.
• 8 GB iPod Nano: 1 in 25.
• 8 GB iPod Touch: 1 in 40.

ALL EXPENSES, TAXES, AND COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE, AND THE REPORTING CONSEQUENCE THEREOF, ARE THE SOLE OBLIGATION OF THE WINNER. PRIZE IS AWARDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND BY SPONSOR, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITHOUT LIMITATION.

Drawing
The drawings will occur once the number of registrations per courses are received. Only entries received before the end of the stated period will be eligible. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the stated period.

The winner will be notified via email address submitted with the entry. If the selected winner fails to contact Safe Systems to claim the prize within three (3) days of the receiving email or any other contact attempts another drawing will be held to find an alternate winner.

If by reason of a printing, computer, production, or other error, more than one winning entry is claimed, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the prize.

No responsibilities are accepted by sponsor for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority or for failure of the event to take place for any reason.

Data Collection/Privacy
Safe Systems will be collecting personal data about participants when they enter the sweepstakes. Personal data includes: name, company name, address, email address, and phone number(s). This information is used solely by Safe Systems for the purpose of class registration and for contact purpose upon registrant winning prize.

Governing Law
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpreting and enforceability of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Safe Systems in connection with the ipod giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
