System Health Programs
Safe Systems, Inc. provides clients with two options of System Health Programs for technical support and consulting, specifically designed for community financial institutions. You may elect either the Flex or Fixed System Health Program for your financial institution. These options provide your institution with the ability to integrate Safe Systems’ regulatory compliance and technical expertise to tailor your support needs for maximum efficiency.
Both the Flex and Fixed System Health Programs provide the following core components to clients: evaluations of performance, security and data configuration, recovery testing, network policy review, and recommendations via a comprehensive report.
- Account Management: Safe Systems, Inc.’s Account Management staff is comprised of bank, network and security experts who are well versed on the regulatory and industry issues financial institutions are facing today. An Account Manager for your financial institution provides one point of contact between you and Safe Systems, Inc. In addition, you receive the following: periodically scheduled on-site system reviews, strategic planning, assistance in the review of IT based audits and testing by third party vendors, and attendance in bank technology meetings.
- System Support Services: Safe Systems, Inc. provides clients with knowledgeable and experienced network engineers who have completed vigorous training on bank platform systems and network troubleshooting. These engineers staff our in-house Support Center and provide on-site troubleshooting when needed.
You may opt for either the Flex or Fixed System Health Program agreement for network support. Both programs cover normal network issues such as corrupted files, viruses, tape backup, print queue problems, troubleshooting, emulation problems and other common network issues:
Flex: This option is for financial institutions that have a strong internal network personnel infrastructure and only need limited network troubleshooting support and would prefer to pay for time spent each month.
Fixed: Selected by financial institutions who desire specified network support services for a fixed annual amount.
