Conference Agenda
Day 1 - Wednesday, March 23rd - Check in and registration. Opening night reception. Optional training classes during the day.
Day 2 - Thursday, March 24th - Educational sessions and presentations. Dinner reception.
Day 3 - Friday, March 25th - Breakout meetings. Conference adjourns (2pm).

Cost Schedule
Registration rate including hotel and meals is $450.

Billing and Cancellation Policy
You will be mailed an invoice for your conference admission fee after registration. Cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the conference will be charged a cancellation fee of $195 and the remaining fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 8, 2011.
