Careers:

Network Analyst
Safe Systems, Inc. is seeking highly qualified customer focused Network Analysts for network consulting and support. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Networks and experience in the community financial institution environment. A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Information Technology is required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years NOC or call center experience
• Strong experience with all Microsoft Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy & Microsoft Exchange
• Small scale installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft networks
• Experience in dealing with data backup and restore
• Broad understanding of networking; Cisco router experience is a plus
• Knowledge of network security is beneficial
• Expertise in and ability to support virtual environments
• Capable of Citrix technology implementation and support

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Some travel required
• Completion of training program followed by a period of time spent "shadowing" experienced engineers
• End-user training and consulting, remote support, onsite installation, technology research, and documentation
• Collaboration amongst and ability to work in a team environment
• Must achieve their Microsoft Certified IT Professional Certification within two years of hire date
