Careers:
NOC Analyst
Safe Systems, Inc. is seeking highly qualified customer focused Network Operation Center Analysts for network consulting and support. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Networks and banking experience. Experience with Cisco routers is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems is required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years NOC or Call center experience
- Strong experience with all Microsoft Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy & Microsoft Exchange
- Familiarity with multi-site domains
- Extensive troubleshooting experience in a windows environment
- Small scale installation, consulting, and support of Microsoft networks in the community financial institution environment.
- Knowledge of network security is a plus
- Experience in dealing with data backup and restore
Duties and Responsibilities:
- No travel required
- Completion of training program followed by a period of time spent "shadowing" experienced engineers in the NOC.
- End-user training on network maintenance, telephone support, product research and documentation.
- All employees must achieve their Microsoft Certified Network Engineer Certification within two years of hire date.
